He was an eminent American inventor, engineer, world-recognized marksman and military officer, moreover, during the "American Civil War", he was a guiding force and commanding colonel of the famous "United States Volunteer Sharpshooter Regiments". Hiram Berdan invented numerous accessories and weapons such as Berdancenterfire primer, Berdan rifle etc.
2-Herman Davis
Herman Davis, born on 03 January 1888, is regarded as the second greatest and most notable American sniper of all time. In March 1918, he was in fact drafted into the American army and just after six months, he achieved fame by killing 04 machine gunners of Germany during the "Meuse-Argonne Offensive". Herman Davis is also regarded as one of the greatest marksmen, he died on 05 January 1923.
3-Gary Gordon
Gary Ivan Gordon, born on 30 August 1960, comes on the number three in the list of the most notable snipers of America of all time. He was not only a United States Army's "Master Sergeant" but also a recipient of the "Medal of Honor" that was awarded for his excellent performance in October 1993, during the "Battle of Mogadishu". Before his death, Gary Gordon was a non-commissioned officer in the premier special operations unit of the United States Army.
4-Carlos Norman Hathcock II
Carlos Norman HathcockII , born on 20 May 1942, is also included in our list of the most prominent and skillful American snipers of all time. He was, in fact, a famous sniper of "United States Marine Corps", it is stated that during his entire service record, he killed 93 enemies. Carlos Norman Hathcock's excellent skills and record had made him no doubt a legend in the "Marine Corps" of U.S.
5-Nicholas Irving
The fifth greatest and most notable American sniper of all time is Nicholas Irving, nicknamed "Reaper", born in 1987. He was basically a "Special Operations Direct Action Sniper" for the U.S. Military's "3rd Ranger Battalion". Nicholas Irving is now one of the four American military leaders on a reality show "American Gift" and also working as a famous actor and production lawyer, he also wrote a book that is based on his autobiography.
6-Christopher Scott Kyle
Christopher Scott Kyle, commonly known as "Chris Kyle", born on 08 April 1974, is considered sixth most notable and prolific American sniper of all time. He was an American sniper who held a record in the entire history of U.S. Military for killing more than 160 people, he was also a "United States Navy SEAL". Chris Kyle received a great number of medals, personal awards, and another unit.
7-Timothy Murphy
Timothy Murphy, born in 1751, is regarded as the seventh most prominent and prolific American sniper of America of all time. He was basically a rifleman in "American Revolutionary War". Timothy Murphy is reputed to have shot General Simon Fraser and Sir Francis Clerke at the "Battle of Bemis Heights" on 07 October 1777, he died in 1818.
8-Randy Shughart
Randy Shughart, born on 13 August 1958, comes on the number eight in the list of the most eminent and best American snipers of all time. He was basically a "United States Army" soldier of "1st Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta (1SFOD-D)". During the "Battle of Mogadishu", Randy Shughart was awarded for his actions the "Medal of Honor" in October 1993.
9-Adelbert Waldron
Adelbert Waldron, born on 14 March 1933, is also included in the list of the most notable and prolific American sniper of all time. He was an eminent sniper of "United States Army" who offered his services with the "9th Infantry Division" during the "Vietnam War". Adelbert Waldron also held the record for killing most people as an American sniper till 2011, hedied on 18 October 1995.
Lastly, I am going to share with you some information about another great and notable American sniper of all time and that is Alvin Cullum York, also known as "Sergeant York", born on 13 December 1887. Alvin Cullum York was one of the most active soldiers of "United States Army" during World War 1. Alvin Cullum York also awarded the "Medal of Honor", he died on 02 September 1964.
