He belongs to Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan, and since 1990, he is included among the great naat reciters of Pakistan. Abdul Rauf Rufi uses several musical instruments such as Dholak, Daf, Tabla and Arab percussion drums while reciting his naats, he is also awarded by the Government of Pakistan.
8-Qari Waheed Zafar Qasmi

Haji Bilal Raza Attari inherited the love of Holy Prophet MUHAMMAD ﷺ from his father and he is also blessed with very melodious and heart touching voice which affects the heart of listeners.
